For a fast turnaround of your print order we recommend sending the files via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). You may also transfer files by e-mail or via a web browser through our web interface, or through third-party file sharing services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.
FTP is one of the best ways to send computer files over the Internet. Files will not be altered in any way by being transfered via FTP. It is the standard protocol for transfering files and is much more reliable than Email. Any file size can be transfered from our customer’s computer to our FTP computer, unlike the the 10-15MB limit for Email.
Using an FTP Client
In order to send us files via FTP, you will need an FTP program, or client, on your computer. Some popular FTP clients are Fetch, Transmit, WS_FTP or FileZilla.
To upload your files using an FTP client, you need:
-
- an FTP program such as the ones mentioned above.
- our FTP address is: ftp.marcusprinting.com
- your USERNAME : (Please call us at (413) 534-3303 to receive
